Embodied Awareness™ — Private Work
Embodied Awareness™ is a personal transmission developed by Geraldine Hardy.
It draws from decades of trauma-informed yoga therapy, Taiji-Qigong, movement practice, dance and deep inner work, integrated within a modern understanding of the nervous system and longevity.
This is not coaching, not a wellness service, and not a fixed therapeutic programme.
It is a space where the body can come back into balance — where patterns held in the nervous system, subconscious, and physical body are allowed to shift naturally, without pressure or performance.
The work becomes especially relevant in moments where thinking alone is no longer enough.
This includes:

periods of transition
-
emotional overwhelm or internal pressure

complex decision-making
-
times of uncertainty or crisis
-
or when the body feels unsettled despite everything appearing “normal” on the outside
Even when life continues as usual, the body still registers what is happening — often beneath conscious awareness.
Embodied Awareness™ creates a space to slow down, regulate, and reconnect, allowing clarity to emerge from within rather than being forced from the mind.
Private sessions are available and remain aligned with Geraldine’s work as Founder of the ALINA Method™.
When Private Work Is Not the Right Container
Private work is designed for focused support, integration, and recalibration.
In some cases, a different form of support may be more appropriate, particularly when there is:

ongoing exhaustion or nervous-system dysregulation
-
persistent emotional or physical burnout symptoms
-
a need for sustained, highly structured care
In such situations, additional or complementary support may be beneficial to provide a level of stability and continuity beyond what private sessions are designed to hold.
